9/8/2009 - Kellen Sweeney Never Heard the Pop 9/4/2009 - Class of 2011 High School Rankings Updated     You are truely missing something very special in Rhode Island. The North Kingstown H/S team is 2-0 to start the season and quite possibly could be the best team in the Nation. They return 13 players from a team that finished 3rd in the state last season and two all-state pitchers in Cody Normand and David D'Errico. In addition to these two who have started for 4 years they have Seniors Ryan Morris (SS0 and Jamel Horn (LF) who have also started since their freshman seasons and Junior Nick Savickas (2B) who is a 3 year starter. All Division Catcher Austin Brown (09, four year varsity player 3B Connor Walsh (09) and CF Brandon Nunez (09) round out this team. The number 3 pitcher Jason Ferri is possible the best pitcher in the 2010 class in New England. The one team in RI who could possibly hit with this team and compete with them is their bench team which is comprised of players which won convincingly the RI Wood Bat championship last fall as well as the Massachusetts Autumn Baseball League.
