INDIANS TRAIL ONLY CUBS
Much has been made of how the Chicago Cubs are at 99 years and counting since they last won a World Series. Second on the list are the Cleveland Indians, who last won a World Series in 1948. But at least the Indians are in the running still to end that lengthy drought as they are taking on the Boston Red Sox in the American League Championship Series.

FENWAY HEADS LIST OF OLD STADIUMS
Boston’s Fenway Park, the oldest major league stadium in existence, will be on display this weekend when the Red Sox host the Cleveland Indians in the American League Championship Series. Fenway was built in 1912 and there are no plans in the works to replace it.

Meanwhile, 20 of the 30 major league stadiums in use in 2007 have been built since 1990 and there are plans to replace five of the 10 facilities that were constructed prior to 1990. Following are the 10 oldest major league stadiums in use this season.
